Rides

Thrill-seekers and coaster enthusiasts shouldn’t prioritize a visit to SeaWorld Orlando.  

Their innovative rides offer plenty of adrenaline and creative experiences unlike any others you’ll find in the area.  

Penguin Trek is the newest ride at SeaWorld Orlando. This indoor/outdoor family coaster sends riders careening through the vastness of the Arctic and ends in a real penguin habitat.

Pipeline: The Surf Coaster is the first of its kind in the world. You’ll feel like you’re surfing enormous waves as you hit heights of 110 feet and speeds of up to 60 mph.  

Ice Breaker is a thrill-packed coaster with four airtime coasters and the steepest drop in the state of Florida, 93-feet tall and at a 100-degree angle.  

Inspired by one of the world’s fastest sharks, Mako is a wickedly fast and tall coaster. Riders will reach speeds of up to 73 mph and surge up to 200 feet into the air.  

Kraken is Orlando’s only floorless roller coaster, letting your legs dangle as you whip around a 128-foot loop and tackling four inversions.

SeaWorld Orlando also has two water rides that are perfect for staying cool on a hot summer day.  

Infinity Falls is a river rafting ride with geysers, waterfalls, and other breathtaking water features that are sure to get you wet. Navigate churning rapids before plunging down a tall drop.  

Journey to Atlantis explores a mythical paradise with a thrilling final drop that is sure to get every rider soaking wet.

Animal Attractions

The heart of SeaWorld is its marine life and passion for conservation, preservation, and education.  

Guests can get a close-up look at some of the world’s most fascinating marine animals.  

Dolphin Adventures is a presentation that showcases Florida’s native bottlenose dolphins, some of the most playful and clever mammals in the world.  

Connect with powerful and majestic orcas through Orca Encounter. This experience educates audiences about the natural behaviors of killer whales and how we can protect this vulnerable species.

Coming soon is Sea Lions: Flippers, Facts, and Fun, an all-new entertaining and educational presentation. Enjoy the special bond between sea lions and their human animal care specialists.

Sesame Street Land

Kids and kids at heart will love strolling down Sesame Street, meandering through Mr. Hooper’s store, and gathering for story time at Big Bird’s nest.

Sesame Street Land is also home to a variety of exciting kid-friendly rides.

Seven Seas Food Festival  

Late January – Early May

The Seven Seas Food Festival encompasses exciting global cuisine, electric concerts, and festive holiday vibes throughout late winter and spring.  

This foodie-friendly festival showcases flavors from dozens of countries and regions, including beer, cocktails, and wine.  

Throughout the Seven Seas season, you can also observe holidays like St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, and Mardi Gras with fun festive food and lively entertainment.  

 

Summer Spectacular  

Late May – Early September

When the summer months heat up, so does the excitement at SeaWorld Orlando.  

The Summer Spectacular includes events like Viva la Muúsica, a family-friendly Latin celebration with the hottest music and fiery flavors.  

In July, Bands, Brew, & BBQ kicks off with classic summertime flavors, exciting concerts, and thirst-quenching beer.  

These two exciting celebrations are in addition to new animal and cirque performances, as well as the spectacular late night Ignite Fireworks display.

 

Halloween Spooktacular

Late August – Late October

On select days throughout the Halloween season, SeaWorld hosts their family-friendly Halloween Spooktacular.  

Guests can trick or treat, meet silly Halloween characters, and attend special not-so-spooky activities and events throughout the park.  

You’re also encouraged to dress up in Halloween costumes and show off your festive flair as you make your way through the park.  

 

Howl -O- Scream

Early September – Late October

Looking for a good scare?

Howl-O-Scream is an after-hours, separately ticketed event designed to keep guests shrieking and screaming.  

Make your way through terrifying haunted houses and spooky scare zones or enjoy a thrilling live performance and Halloween-inspired food and cocktails available for purchase.  

 

Christmas Celebration

Early November – Early January  

During the holiday season, SeaWorld Orlando transforms into a Winter Wonderland.  

Meet Santa, Rudolph, and other beloved Christmas characters at special meet-and-greets.

As the sun sets, enjoy the sights of millions of twinkling Christmas lights decorating the entire theme park.
