In Orlando, we love celebrating America with all those traditions, and more.

Here are some of our favorite celebrations for July 4th in Orlando.
Red Hot & Boom

Every July, Crane’s Roost Park in Altamonte Springs throws one of Orlando’s biggest Independence Day celebrations.
Red Hot & Boom is a popular event with live music, food, and of course, fireworks.
Bring your own blankets and seating to enjoy a family-friendly picnic as the sun goes down.
Anyone over the age of 21 can check out Red Hot & Boom Beer Garden. Here, you can purchase and enjoy locally brewed craft beer, wine, and spirits.
Admission to the celebration is totally free, with food and drinks available for purchase.
In 2025, Red Hot & Boom will be held on July 3. Kick off your holiday celebration with a literal bang and some of the best fireworks in Orlando.
Fireworks at the Fountain at Lake Eola Park

For the last 48 years, Orlando residents and visitors have been able to enjoy a spectacular fireworks show at Lake Eola Park downtown.
Before the spectacle begins, guests can enjoy family-friendly fun and live entertainment on the Walt Disney amphitheater stage. Food and beverages are available for purchase.
Then, shortly after 9 p.m., the sky will come to life with brilliant fireworks, set to a patriotic live performance from the Orlando Concert Band.

Block parties are a great American pastime.
Every year around the Fourth of July, Lake Nona hosts a block party celebration with something for everyone to enjoy.
Held in Lake Nona Town Center, the festivities include patriotic stilt walkers, live music, a mouthwatering lineup of food trucks, and more.
Past years have also hosted competitive events like wing-eating competitions and pie-making contests.
There will also be carnival games for entertainment and a dazzling laser show in lieu of fireworks after dark.
In 2024, Lake Nona’s Great American Block Party was held on June 29, the Saturday before the Fourth of July.

Hosted by the Winter Garden Masonic Lodge No. 165, kids can dig into a free pancake breakfast. Adults are welcome to purchase pancakes.
Then, adorn your bikes, scooters, and strollers with complimentary red, white, and blue decorations in time to show them off for the free parade down Plant St.
The morning’s celebrations are just the beginning.
Starting at 6 p.m., Winter Garden hosts Party in the Park. This free event includes live music and entertainment, family-friendly activities and crafts, and food and merchandise vendors.
Then, at 9:15 p.m., settle beneath the night sky for a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Apopka.
